Youth Counselling

Young people I work with are aged 13 and over and often seek support with school and family issues, their mental health and wellbeing. I support them to cope with the pressures they face growing up in an increasingly uncertain and often overwhelming world. I help them with managing big emotions, identifying unhelpful thinking patterns, reducing stress and anxiety; including performance anxiety & perfectionism.


With Holistic Counselling I support clients understanding and having greater ease with trauma or emotional pain and developing healthy ways to cope with stress and anxiety.


I can help my clients grow their self-understanding, creating purpose and overcoming obstacles to realising their fullest potential. I help them develop strategies for positive behaviour change, daily self-care habits and goal setting. I sometimes help them with improving their sleep and getting back to exercise, a well balanced diet and being active.
