I’m Madhu, a Certified Wellness and Spiritual Life Coach and a Qualified Independent Director at IKIO Technologies, with 20 years of experience supporting individuals, leaders, and organizations. I am also the author of The Daily Pause: A Meditation Diary for Busy Lives.

What began as my personal journey toward inner peace evolved into a deeper calling — helping others cultivate emotional clarity, resilience, and conscious leadership.
