1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@innerwellness.in.
- Cancellations after dispatch are not permitted.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:
- You cancel the order within the permitted time.
- The product received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions (Non-Refundable)
- Used or opened products.
- Digital products, wellness consultations, or personalized items.
