At Inner Wellness, we prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy on cancellations and refunds:

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@innerwellness.in.
  • Cancellations after dispatch are not permitted.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

  • You cancel the order within the permitted time.
  • The product received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. Exceptions (Non-Refundable)

  • Used or opened products.
  • Digital products, wellness consultations, or personalized items.

5. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, please contact us at support@innerwellness.in with your order ID and payment reference.
