Mindfulness

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is your natural ability to be fully present and aware with curiosity and openness. When practiced intentionally it can help you feel calmer and clearer, able to be present and more at ease with life’s challenges. Sounds easy enough but so often our mind gets lost in thoughts, we lose touch with our body (and sleep) and soon enough we are lost in thinking about the past or worrying about the future.

What We Offer :

I offer Mindfulness individually in groups and workplaces, or part of Leadership and Life Coaching and Holistic Counselling. Learning from an experienced teacher can be deeply relational and transformative. Mindfulness can help you focus your attention, release muscle tension and help you sleep, maximise your physical performance, increase mind body awareness and help you get out of your head and feel embodied.

When the mindfulness course is offered in the context of counselling & coaching clients report it benefits them in reducing stress, anxiety & rumination. When practiced in a workplace workshop or group session mindfulness can be a wonderful way to connect to your wellbeing and community. It can help you process big emotions with self-kindness, be less reactive & more engaged in relationships, work and life. Mindfulness helps us foster cognitive flexibility, creativity and confidence and deepen your connection to others, teamwork & the earth.
