I’m Madhu, a Certified Wellness and Spiritual Life Coach and a Qualified Independent Director at IKIO Technologies, committed to reaching out to people and helping them balance professional success with personal health and happiness. I am also the author of The Daily Pause: A Meditation Diary for Busy Lives.

For the past 20 years, I have been on a journey of self-realization and the desire to share my quest for inner peace and beauty with people around me has grown stronger with each passing day.
