PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry established women’ cell SHE-Forum with the aim of making women self-reliant and providing a better platform to women entrepreneurs. During the event, Bharti Sood Regional Director PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, encouraged women entrepreneurs, salaried professionals, aspiring housewives and enthusiasts from all walks of life to join the PHDCCI SHE-Forum and actively participate in its diverse activities.
She said that by doing so she can take advantage of innumerable opportunities for development, cooperation and empowerment.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Madhu Pandit Founder and CEO of Inner Wellness, apprised the participants about the benefits of meditation in today’s hectic life which everyone, especially women, is living. He demonstrated a variety of breathing exercises that calm the body as well as the mind.
