It was truly a wonderful experience conducting the ๐๐ถ๐๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ช๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป with the ME & PhD students at NITTTR! Together, we explored how mindfulness can be applied in daily life, the traits of a positive mindset, and practiced breathwork and energy-enhancing tools for inner balance.

We also delved into the importance of emotional hygiene and concluded the session with a deeply calming meditation. Each participant engaged wholeheartedly and shared beautiful reflections.
